Every project means a fresh challenge.

When we select our projects, we prefer unusual tasks. Every project presents new and great challenges. When we face these challenges, we always recognise potential opportunities. And we have often accepted challenges where others have failed to even see a solution.

We have taken on projects in the hotel industry as well as in the tourism, health and trade sectors. Our clients are mostly family-run businesses and private investors. When selecting our projects, we do not focus on Switzerland exclusively.

Hotel project in Val Lumnezia

  • Developer and initialisation

As developers, we are currently responsible for developing a high-quality and marketable concept for a multigenerational hotel in Vella, Val Lumnezia (canton of Graubünden), Switzerland.

We are developing this project in close cooperation with local personalities and renowned architect's office David Chipperfield Architects, based in Berlin.

   

Renovation of the Hotel Palace Luzern

As client consultants, we support the client, First Swiss Hotel Collection AG, in their decisions regarding the planning and realisation of the Hotel Palace Luzern in Lucerne, Switzerland.

As client trustees, we perform overall financial controlling and compile the necessary reports for the client and the banks as financing partners.
  

 

Hotel Europe, Zurich

  • Due Dilligence

As part of Hotel Europe's transaction in Zurich, Switzerland, we performed structural due dilligence as the basis for the purchasing decision. The transaction was carried out successfully, and the object is now owned by a European family office.
